Shipping policy

Thank you for placing your online order with Anna Bridal, we are so excited for you to receive your order. All of our products are made to order by our bridal designers. Each product's production time differs so please refer to this on the individual products page, remembering to calculate this in before shipping. However, if you would like a more specific turn around time regarding your online order status please contact us using our contact form here with your order number and we will be able to provide an estimate for you.

We are currently only shipping to the UK. If you are shopping with Anna Bridal outside of the UK please contact us here and we will help assist you.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class for delivery within 3-5 working days, your order will also require a signature on delivery. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking code via email. For shipping updates please enter your tracking details on the Royal Mail website here.

We offer two flat rates of shipping depending on the size of your order.

 

- Standard delivery (3-5working days) £6.00

 

- Large item Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £8.00
