How do I book an appointment at Anna Bridal?
When should I start shopping for my dress?
Firstly, your engaged! Congratulations! We are so excited to guide you through your bridal dress shopping journey! We recommend shopping for your wedding dress 12-18 months prior to your wedding date. Many of our bridal designers are extremely in demand and request this lead time. In addition this will allow you to explore our incredible collection of bridal gowns without restrictions on lead times. Therefore, ff you have a little less time, don't worry! A selection of the Anna Bridal designers offer rush orders. Secondly, you also have the option to explore shopping our bridal sample sale collections. How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
Here at Anna Bridal we can accommodate the bride and three guests to an appointment. However once you have found your dress there will be plenty of opportunities through accessory appointments & unveiling appointments to bring your other important guests!
Who should I bring to my appointment?
A bridal question we are frequently asked! Firstly, we encourage all of our brides to bring their biggest cheerleaders, who's opinions matter the most. We cannot wait to welcome your bridal party to Anna Bridal.
What is the difference between a Classic & VIP appointment?
At Anna Bridal we offer a number of different style bridal appointments.
A Classic Bridal Appointment is a 90 minute appointment. You will have exclusive use of the boutique and will enjoy your bridal appointment in the luxury of your very own bridal suite accompanied by your personal expert bridal stylist. During your appointment the Anna Bridal team offer a unique and personalised appointment to guide and style you through the collection to help you find the perfect wedding dress.
A VIP appointment is an extended 120 minute appointment. You will have exclusive use of the boutique lead by our senior stylist. Celebrate finding the one with complimentary bubbles and sweet treats!
What do I need to bring to the appointment?
A bridal question that should be asked but doesn't! Preparing for your appointment, make sure to wear nude seamless underwear. If you would like to wear a bra, we would recommend a nude strapless bra that you feel best supports your bust. Check out our instagram highlights with our favourite nude seamless undies @Annabridal.
If you have found your bridal shoes, you are welcome to bring these with you. If you haven't found your shoes just yet, don't worry we have an incredible selection of bridal shoes available at Anna Bridal including our Bella Belle designer bridal shoes. Shop the collection here.
What is your cancellation policy?
We operate a 48 hour cancellations policy (this also includes rescheduling). Our brides tend to plan their visit weeks in advance, making it difficult for us to fill a slot on short notice. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your bridal appointment please email us at info@annabridal.co.uk.
Do you operate a waitlist?
Yes, we do operate a bridal appointment waitlist. If you have missed out on the date you are in town, please use our contact form to request to be put on the list. We will need your phone number, email address, wedding date, favourite dresses, size and availability. Follow the link here to join our waitlist.
What is the price range of your dresses?
The Anna Bridal dress collections range from £1,200 to £6,500+. However, most of the Anna Bridal collection sits within £1,700-£3,500. Each of our world renowned designers are able to cater to different bridal budgets. At Anna Bridal we know the importance to work with you to find the perfect wedding gown with your budget in mind. If you would prefer for your ideal price point to be kept sensitively from your guests, please let us know here and your stylist will accomodate this.

We have a number of different parking options available for your Anna Bridal Appointment. We are thrilled to offer on site parking: George Mews - car park space marked with the Anna Bridal logo. (Please note that this may be filled, but don't worry - we have other options!

Do you have wheelchair access?
The Anna Bridal Boutique has wheelchair access for all bridal appointments. Please let us know if you have any additional requirements for your appointment.
What dresses do you stock?
I’ve seen a dress from your designer that you don’t stock, can I request this for my appointment?
We always do our best to appease our brides questions and requests. To get your dream dress: 1- Check our upcoming trunk show dates, and ask the if your dream dress will be at the event. 2- If we aren't having a trunk show soon, schedule an appointment with our expert team, and ask us to request the dress on loan for your appointment (this is subject to availability and loan fee).
Do you do sample sales?
My wedding is soon and I haven’t found my dress, what can I do?
We know timing is everything, so we typically recommend our brides begin the dress process about 12-18 months before their wedding date. However, if you're getting married before then, we'll try and accommodate your request and submit your order as a "rush order" so you can receive your dress in time. Just make sure to contact us asap.
What is a trunk show?
Our trunk shows are the perfect opportunity for you to try on a variety of our bridal designers dresses from several collections. Please check our trunk show listings and register asap! If you have anything specific in mind, please mention that prior to your boutique appointment so we can make sure you'll see what you asked for.

Is the appointment private?
Our Ringwood boutique is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of bubbles with your nearest and dearest three guests while you search for your dream dress! You will have exclusive use of the bridal boutique during your luxury appointment meaning you can treasure in those special moments privately!
What are your lead times?
This is a super common bridal question that we get asked a lot, this can completely depend on your chosen designers lead time. Our recommendation is to order your wedding dress 12-18 months before your wedding day. This allows for a relaxed lead up to your wedding for all designers stocked at Anna Bridal. Some of our bridal designers can do shorter times with our Rush and Super Rush services, but they can incur further fees. We also have some Ready-To-Wear dresses that can be bought for those who need a dress with a speedy turnaround.
Can I try veils & accessories during the appointment?
Yes, Anna Bridal host luxury 1 hour accessory appointments, to book your appointment click here. This is the perfect opportunity to explore the Anna Bridal Accessories suite to try on veils, hair accessories, bridal jewellery and shoes to complete your look. However, all of our accessories can also be purchased online on the Anna Bridal shop.
What if I can’t decide between two dresses?
A frequently asked bridal question by many brides! Ultimately all of the Anna Bridal dresses are incredible but don't worry, that's where your experienced Anna Bridal stylists step in to guide and support you during your bridal appointment in making the decision on choosing the one!
What size are your sample gowns?
The majority of our bridal sample gowns are in sizes 8-18. However, we do have a selection of dresses in smaller and bigger sizes. If you are concerned about our sample sizes, please let us know your measurements, and we can assist you further. Each of our designers are slightly different in fits and do not translate exactly to high street retail sizing. Your personal bridal stylist will assist in dressing you during your appointment, ensuring that we give you the best idea as to how your dress would fit you on your wedding day!
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late for your bridal appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible on 01425 471176. Each of our appointments are run to a time schedule, therefore we will be unable to extend your appointment.

How can I clean my dress after the wedding?
How can I best store my wedding dress after the wedding?
We recommending getting your dress cleaned by a wedding dress specialist as soon as possible after your wedding day. We then advise storing your gown in a breathable storage bag or box, away from direct sunlight and possible damp. You can purchase one of Anna Bridals bridal storage boxes designed for the safe keeping of your bridal gown before and after your wedding day here.
