Before Your Appointment

How do I book an appointment?
Simply book online — it takes less than a minute. We'll follow up with everything you need to know before you arrive.

When should I start shopping for my dress?
We recommend starting 8–18 months before your wedding. If you’re short on time, don’t worry — we can talk you through rush options or help you find something beautiful to take home that same day.

How many guests can I bring?
Three guests are welcome to join you. We keep it intimate so you can stay focused — and once you’ve said yes, you’ll be invited back to share the moment again with others you love.

Who should I bring?
Bring your people — the ones who really know you, and who you trust to help you stay true to yourself.

What’s the difference between a Classic and VIP appointment?
A Classic Appointment is 90 minutes with your own suite and stylist. VIPs enjoy two hours with a senior stylist, along with a glass of fizz and something sweet to celebrate.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Nude seamless underwear is ideal. If you prefer to wear a bra, bring one that’s strapless and supportive. You’re welcome to bring your wedding shoes — or try some from our Bella Belle edit in-store.

At the Boutique

Where is the boutique located?
You’ll find us in Ringwood, on the Hampshire and Dorset border — an easy journey from anywhere on the South Coast (and worth the trip from further afield).

Is there parking?
Yes. You can park in George Mews (look for the Anna Bridal logo), at Waitrose (2 hours free), or the nearby Furlong Long Stay.

Is the boutique wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If you need anything additional to make your appointment more comfortable, let us know in advance — we’ll make it happen.

Is the appointment private?
Absolutely. When you walk through our doors, the boutique is yours.

Our Dresses

What is the price range of your gowns?
Our main collection sits between £1,700–£3,500, with styles from £1,200 to £6,500+. We’re always discreet about budgets — just let us know if you’d like that kept between us.

What size are your samples?
Most samples are between UK sizes 8–18, with a growing range either side. If you’re unsure, feel free to share your measurements in advance — we’ll make sure you have options that feel incredible.

Can you request a specific gown from a designer?
Yes, in many cases. We may be able to request it on loan or confirm whether it will be visiting as part of a trunk show. Just ask.

What if I can’t decide between two dresses?
This happens more than you think. Your stylist is there to help you tune out the noise and trust your instinct.

After You Say Yes

What are your lead times?
Most gowns take 6–9 months to arrive. We usually recommend ordering 12–18 months ahead of your day. Rush services are available — just ask.

When will I try my dress on again?
As soon as it arrives, we’ll invite you back for your Unveiling — a moment we promise you’ll never forget.

When do I need my bridal shoes?
You’ll need your final shoes before your fittings begin. If you haven’t found them yet, we can help with that too.

Can I make changes to my dress?
Some designers allow small tweaks — your stylist will talk you through what’s possible.

How much should I budget for fittings?
Alterations are priced separately. Once your gown arrives, we’ll introduce you to one of our recommended seamstresses and guide you from there.

Extra Details

Can I try veils and accessories?
Yes — either during your bridal appointment or at a dedicated accessories appointment. It’s the perfect time to complete your look.

Do you offer sample sales?
We do. Follow @annabridal_samples to stay in the know about our most exclusive off-the-peg offers.

I’m getting married soon — can you still help?
Yes. We have gowns available to take home straight away, and we can often order dresses on a rush basis. Get in touch and we’ll walk you through your options.

Do you offer virtual or international appointments?
We do. Email info@annabridal.co.uk for one-to-one advice on sizing, ordering and delivery.

Can I wear makeup or tan to my appointment?
Light makeup is fine, but we ask that you skip the fake tan. Our samples are loved by lots of brides and we want to keep them looking their best.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes — they’re a lovely way to treat a bride-to-be. Just email us and we’ll organise everything.

After the Wedding

How do I clean my dress?
We recommend using a specialist. Drop us a note and we’ll share our most trusted contacts.

How should I store my dress?
Keep it away from sunlight and damp, ideally in a breathable gown bag or one of our custom bridal boxes. You can shop them here.

I’d like to resell my dress — what’s the best way?
Many of our brides use Still White. You’re also welcome to tag us if you pass it on — we love seeing your dress continue its story.

Can I be featured as an Anna Bride?
Absolutely. Send your favourite photos to info@annabridal.co.uk or tag us @annabridal — we’d love to share your moment.

I want to feature Anna Bridal — how can I get in touch?
