Tell us about your dream wedding? 🤍

We got married very close to home, a short walk to Christchurch priory & then on to Parley Manor. We wanted a wedding with our closest family and friends and it was so important to us for it to feel like the best summer party people had ever been to - thinking outdoor dining, sharing tiramisu’s, roaming r&b band, steel drums.

Tell us about your final bridal look, what did you wear and how did it come together?

I wore Suzanne Neville - Holst, chosen by Anna and it was the perfect dress. I had my earrings handmade in India, very OTT but I wanted something that honoured both sides of my heritage, the dress, veil and earrings did the talking so I didn’t wear much else!

Tell us about your dress shopping at Anna Bridal, what was your stand out moment?

Loved the whole experience, from the first time I met Anna to every interaction with Anna, Kirsty and Ali after. I actually went on my own and I just wanted to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout and I did exactly that, I couldn’t have asked for more. Anna took such great care choosing my dress and recommended one in such a unique, special way (by drawing on what she saw in my ring and how that would inform my style).

What advice would you give to other brides when shopping for their dress? 

Just go straight to Anna! I do truly believe you more than often end up with something you would never likely choose or consider. So go in with an open mind, enjoy the process and don’t put pressure on yourself. Make sure you feel you in your dress & most importantly pick something you can dance/eat and sit down in because your wedding day really will be the best day of your life!
